Flaring

The SPM produces many types of end forms some of which are shown. We design the tools to produce end forms to the customer's specifications. The SPM is a punch and jaw type end forming machine for producing work pieces with a single punch. It is normally tooled for one specific part and rather than being multipurpose, it is dedicated to a particular work piece. This machine works well for high volume end forms such as stop beads, expands and single flare.
